Our Egg Tagliatelle is a crafted Italian product made in Corato, in the Apulian region of Souther Italy. It is made from 100% durum wheat. This region is known to produce the best quality durum wheat in Italy. This is where Attilio Mastromaurno started his pasta factory in 1930. The secret of making pasta has been passed down from one generation to the next in the Mastromaurno family and together with the help of his wife Chiara, Attilio personally managed the factory, focussing on the quality of the raw material and production methods. Their passion and devotion coupled with the finest ingredients and the use of the most up to date production techniques ensure that our pasta has a typical flavour, right thickness, bright colour, delicate taste and ‘al dente’ texture after cooking.
